What we do

Being outdoors has been shown to lower stress, blood pressure and heart rate, while increasing positive moods and improving mental health.

Not everyone knows how to access the outdoors and not everyone feels welcome when they get there  - we want to change that!

It’s a big goal but we’re excited to be working towards it, hand in hand with other organisations and allies.  If you’d like to be part of the change then we’d love to hear from you.
